Drunk walking wounded in shock at 8 minute mark. It never occured to me that one of the things the police had to deal with was people so drunk they couldn't ambulate to flee the scene.
99% of cops are brave in a crisis - that panic attack dude is the rare exception.

Great footage. Crazy how there are so many people claiming a conspiracy on this. Alex Jones & his ilk have a lot to answer for.

Yes and unfortunately when an investigation like this goes on this long without a clear answer the likelihood that one will be forthcoming is extremely low. Which means it's going to be conspiracy theories for the next two decades on this unless they pull a rabbit out of their hat soon and explain what the fuck was going on with that dude. If they haven't told you within like the first week then they're not going to figure it out.
