I've posted a video about poverty in China - https://www.spikednation.com/videos/poverty-china - it got 5-star ratings. You even commented on it with your China Bad angle.
There are countless others on here featuring poverty-stricken regions of China, including one on the front page. It's titled something like "the china they don't want you to see", from one of your favourite youtubers - the China Bad guru Serpentza. It's full of dumb commentary with no data to backup anything up, just some footage of poverty-stricken areas & generalisations about Chinese society from someone with an obvious agenda - to monetize ignorance & bigotry.

People in America are starving, or are they overwheight? make up ur mind it cant be both

Probably two different sectors of the population. As they are talking about 40 million in the poverty sector and 18.5 million in the extreme poverty sector, that leaves about 270 million in the fat sector.
