Well a crash is a driver error, which is a fail according to the oxford dictionary.

Suprised if the dictionary has any concept of a "FAIL"..... check out the urban dictionary.:P Everyone know's what a fail is right?
This is a new word or concept......you pump something up and crash and burn, it's more directed at the person..... a fail is very personal. Grinding a rail and facepalming before the olly (when you jump up with a skateboard) In other words, your face hits the hand railing....... fail.
If you land the same railing but wipe out due to balance....... not a fail, it's a try!
So many variations, but they all have one thing in common.... hubrish
Words are imoptant and soon "fail" will be in websters and the oxford dictionary, it's hard work though..... i have troubble defining it!
If someone says they have a sutch and such second car, but fall way short....... thats a fail..... Put the same car on the dyno... it's sutch and such...... but fails ...... a fail. Your claming something, you can't deliver...... fail! and i rather die tbh!
