I have been in favour of eliminating car tax and introducing price increases in petrol.
This carbon tax project sounds like an excellent proposal IF ALL the money goes back to the people as proposed, those that use more resources pay, that is then distributed back to the community. A simple incentive for everyone to save energy.
The "lady's" argument at 4:06 is flawed as they GET breaks as mentioned above.
