according to the police report, he was cuffed and placed by 4 officers in the back of the vehicle and pulled through the other side to the ground, where he was held down.
This was murder plain and simple. I don't care if he was coke'd up and paid with a counterfeit bill, plus being in and out of prison multiple times. He was a free man, not a threat and this was a gross over reaction by the police, that to me... seems diliberate. You can see that asshole cop on his neck, go up on his toes on his left foot, to apply more pressure.
