I have a few capacitors in the garage I got when I dissembled some old electronics years ago.
The circomference of a AA battery but half the lengh.
When you give it a small charge and then short the connectors it does quite a spark.
I though this big ass capacitor woul be enough to make a spark that can weld 1 inch think steel.
Or fry the guy like those gifs, lol.

i know he was only charging with 12v but that set up was sketchy af.
