I was very happy with this episode as well, but I was kind of surprised at the non-joke Jew jokes at the end of the episode. I think he's right when he says they're showing how "real" it's supposed to be because the funny anti-Jew stuff Cartman used to say in 1998 is the ugly, real shit that I hear today.
Good review of a good episode.

Ozmen (Long Spike)
If you want you could see Heidi as 'America the beautiful' with Cartman representing the worse nature of Americans and Kyle representing the better nature who still fails to improve the situation due to human nature. Or something.

The episode appeared to me to be a study of cognitive dissonance.
