I Saw the Muskrat Again June 19 2022

I had my camera ready as I walked by the pond and got some video of it dragging a cat tail. June 19, 2022. Panama Flats, Saanich (Victoria), Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. In addition to eating parts of the cat tail ferns, they use them to build nests.

Any Moose or arent they in that area?

Everything I've heard is that there's no moose on Vancouver Island. I expect they might swim over from the mainland on occasion.
