People eat other people when they are starving. If you are able to be a vegetarian and have a high-protein diet while getting the right amout of carbs, fats, vitamins and minerals, great. I know some vegetarians who think they are living healthy but because they aren't keeping a close eye on nutrition, look like they have dabbled in a term at Auschwitz. I'm going for a nice prime rib and horseradish dip with baked potato and green beans today. Vegetarians are out of their minds. It's just too good.
