That's Andrew Basiago - I believe he's a pathological liar. To summarize his claims in just the first two minutes - they sent him as a child back to 1863 to watch Lincoln's Gettysburg address as a reward for being such a good boy. That should stop you right there, but if you want to hear a pathological liar (or someone who's had his mind thoroughly cracked) do his thing, by all means carry on.

Ya I gave it 5 out of 5 just in terms of listening to a experienced courtroom bullshitter take those skills to a completely different Arena of bullshit and generate success.
