John Bolton just casually admitted that he's planned and executed coups in other countries, and then David Frum quickly chimed in to explain that he was only telling a bad joke.
With this "let's exploit this COVID thing because we can and there's nothing they can do", you get either "That's impossible - conspiracy theory - no one's that evil." or "How do we stop them? Why aren't they in prison?" or "Isn't it great? You should be put on a watchlist" or "Isn't it horrible? Don't make waves though - they've got us now - ride the tiger baby, ride the tiger!" It's all over the place - damn surreal man.

Sato where do you live, generally? I typed this into Google and the entire page was filled results - "john bolton jokes about planning coups in other countries". Here are the top three:

The David Frum response to that I heard second hand - that it was a desperate attempt to backpeddle the words of a psychopath who doesn't fully comprehend human emotion. Lunatics like Bolton comprise a disturbingly high percentage of policy makers of the Project for a New American Century.
