There isn't much positive to focus on giving what's going to be happening to people like you very shortly. It's really upsetting that people don't realize what's about to occur. But on the other hand I'm not sure if maybe I'm more upset about the fact that people don't really care what's about to occur. Ask me this question again in one year.

If you constantly consume negative news, it might seem that way.
Go out in nature, start a hobby that you like. Help people out whatever way you can and do this with a positive attitude, not preach about the wrongs of the world. You're not helping by whining on the internet. You have a better chance of doing it if your message is focused in a positive manner.
Like war, your not going to stop it by fighting more, but by focusing on things that promote peace.
Or the war in drugs isn't going to be won by more law enforcement and harsher punishments, but getting help to the people that use the drugs and removing the root cause why they use them in the first place.
I know it's a cliche but the change starts with you. Not by trying to change people around you.
