Never heard of this guy and was thinking he looks a lot like Martin Short......That fat suit and prothesis totally fooled me. It's a work of art.

When I worked at Blockbuster Video in the early 2000's they played an interview he had with Kiefer Sutherland where it simply devolved into Jiminy saying, "Kiefer. Keifer. Keifer. Keifer. Keifer. Keifer." like 20 times while Sutherland ignores him. It was so fucking annoying to hear that little 40 seconds add every 12 minutes.
