For example you believe that blacks can run and jump better than whites because of a genetic difference between the races, I agree with you completely. There are a lot of political and cultural videos being uploaded lately because there is a presidential election in the USA tomorrow, so I think a lot of people are being more vocal. It will likely calm down in a week or so. Just hold on tight and enjoy the ride my fourth dimensional friend.
You can do what the site mods suggested and down vote annoying comments if it will make you feel better. If there are enough down votes the comment will get deleted or something.

If you can't tell the difference between you saying nigger in derogatory manner and a rapper saying it, I don't know what to say. You'll just have to figure that one out on your self. Theres plenty of reading you could do on the history of that word and what it signifies.
I actually encourage you to use the word as often as possible so you can learn from experience. Not just here on the internet but out in public and especially around black people. See what kind of reactions you get and if people disagree with you using the word, you can just explain to them your ideas on the different races and why you think you should be able to say "nigger" as much as you like without anyone getting upset
