because of shit like this in australia when a school bus is letting off children indicated by the busses flashing amber lights you have to slow down to 40kmph when driving past. further kids here are taught not to be dumb fucks and use a crossing or at least look both ways before crossing and not run out from behind the bus like that.

In Canada, you can lose your license for even passing either way when a school bus has the stop sign sticking out with lights flashing.
