How do you know she is saying that because they are black kids? She said nothing about the kids being black. She said she thought they were picking on another kid. She is addressing the black AND the kid taking the video, who sounds like a white kid. the difference in how you act depending on a persons skin color is what makes you a racist. making sure not to mention skin color as you target people of a skin color isn't an escape clause of being called a racist.
when you think someone is being victimized. you ask the victim whats going on. but if the person you think is abuser is black. you confront them instead of asking the victim. you go on to ask them where they came from and tell them they should go back. you do that, you're a racist
