The law is the same for everyone. You would be treated the same as this judge in a traffic stop.

This is bullshit. Nothing I now write changes that fact. Put yourself in the shoes of that cop. He's the lowest of the low and that Judge has the power to end his career. Oh he won't do it openly, he's smarter than that. He'll have the DA throw out every case he brings and make the cop useless to the department and force the Chief to fire him for some bullshit minor infraction. I imagine that cop would have loved nothing more than to cite that asshole, but putting food on his table and paying the bills comes first.
Thankfully someone, perhaps the Officer, leaked this video on YouTube for the voters and the Judical ethics board to see.

I've heard of this exact thing occurring before. I have a few relatives who are in the state police and they have told me that there is an entire level of government that is completely immune to all laws that everyone else has to follow. It's like they win a spot on The Price Is Right when they become a judge or political figure. They completely deny it of course but it's a fact. It's great that he put this video on Youtube but I bet it won't effect the judge's position and he will take action against the cop (not openly of course) and fuck up his life. Too bad the cop didn't cap him for getting out of his car and advancing toward him in a threatening manner. There are people who would be gunned down instantly for doing that.

Check out this story and the bullshit statement made by the Judge.
"Reinaker reiterated on WGAL that he was not attempting to use his position to influence the officer but acknowledged he didn’t treat Snader with proper respect."
That's right, don't believe your lying eyes. He didn't tell him to check the plate to see he was a Judge. Nooooo, why would anyone assume such a thing. /s

Oh my God. What a piece of shit that guy is. He went with the "I reported myself" when the video came out and played it as though he didn't try to play the power game. Fucking maggot.

According to the news report, the Judge was tailgating because the cop wasn't driving fast enough (it was raining).
