Also ignoring that his solution to reducing poverty is to murder children. Because there is NO better way to tackle that problem....
What happens if in the next generation a whole bunch of justices are appointed into the new slots that don't fit your world view? Then you have twice as many appointees ruling against your desires.
I can't help but chuckle at the fact that someone who espouts the values of democracy finds it unacceptable that SCOTUS has turned over these decisions to the voter releasing it from the hands of the government.
6-3 Ruling too. Not some squeaker swing vote.
