Some cost as much as a mansion! Dead on target, 100% of the time with 30 cm variable off target 99% of the time......an extra meter we can deal with for that one percent. Priceless. Can't fuck around anymore with civilians and collateral damage. We tried, but we fucked up massivly and payed the price 1000 fold over.
We can tread the needle more or less atm....... we can abort, designate a new target all in seconds. Only bottleneck is the human component.
