A huge crowd on some of the best outdoor ice I've seen in decades. Panama Flats, Saanich (Victoria), Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. Looked like several hundred skaters so far today. Skate safe!

Around he old WW2 fort here there is usually ice like a mirror because it is closed in between the trees
