Mariupol civilians

Mariupol is one of the main cities in the mostly ethnic Russian Donbass region who voted for independence following the 2014 coup.

As in Kharkov, Mariupol was taken over by anti-Russian Ukrainians in the civil war that ensued & has been mostly peaceful since then.. the leaders don't seem to give a damn about the well-being of the civilians living there, more they just don't want the newly formed republics to take back control.
