Here's The Proof... Tesla Cybertruck vs Porsche 911 Drag Race

I forgot to add any real world benefits!

Is it really necessary to make false claims when the cybertruck's performance is extremely (jawdroppingly, actually) impressive to start with? Doesn't it only make you look pathetic when people find out?

I heard Ford abandon their electric Pickup truck.  They are going Hybrid instead.  Looks like building an electric pickup truck ain't as easy as they though it was.   Looks like Cybertruck competition failed again.

Where did you "hear" that?

Mercedes is abandoning "electric only" platforms, so they will produce for all propulsion methods as it is not likely that the abandoning of ICE's is going to happen as quick as proposed. Which is probably what Ford does too (their F100 comes fuel powered as well as electric).

The problem with electric pick ups is they are no real use for people that tow for long distances, which is exacerbated as a huge issue by electric car critics.

My guess is that AT LEAST half of all trucks sold in the US are for recreational use only so it would only matter to the few that do really long distances and a lot trailer towing.
