Getting uncanny valley vibes from that. There were very subtle movements that didn't seem to get processed. You can already do this in real time with any phone. I expected better, since they have been showing this for several years now.

Getting it 99% done is the easy part. It's the last 1% that takes the most time and effort, especially when we're dealing with faces. We pick up on any mistakes so easily that it has to be perfect. With CG objects or even bodies, it's way easier to fool our eyes.
