In 100 years people might consider some of the things we do as immoral that we don't even question now. Culture changes and with it morality.

Of course. This, however, is about (a) religion(s) claiming to have the ultimate morality because their all powerful and all knowing god(s) taught them so in their respective holy books. If this actually were the case then "period correct" religious morality would be implausible and non existent.
If, however, this was all invented by people rather than (an) all knowing and powerful deity(s) at the time of course ethic values and morality changed since then and probably will in the future.
