As long as you don't get hit with a flying bike you'll get through a crash with few bruises or worst a broken bone. Kinda awesome how safe MotoGP really is....Isle of Man OTOH is bordering a death wish.

Yeah, I meant to add that the Isle of Man TT isn't part of the MotoGP Championship. It has just been a grand prix for decades because it's so dangerous.
