i'll have you know i've never had a little greek in there! ok well, there was this one time i fell asleep at a greek easter festival after way too much ozuo and when i woke up i saw an olled up naked dude beside me eating a gyros but he's in jail now and those 97 stitches came out years ago.

Like Australia, a lot of of Sheep...... we don't eat it though, export. We eat cured saltet and dried lamb @ christmas for some reason..... poor man's food, all of our holiday dinners is poor mans food. Rotten cod, rotten lamb and just difficult meat.

we export like 30% of our lamb to china, 15% to the us and like another 5% to the uae.
oh btw i marinated that shit in the holy trinity, lemon, garlic and oregano with s&p of course. i actually have two greek oregano plants which are way more potent that the stuff at the supermarket.

I think we export 90% ...... cause they eat European moutain berryies and moss, suposedly better than AS sheep ....... bullshit i say! Granted never tasted AU sheep *diclaimer* it can't possibly matter?
Not a fan of lamb, or espesially oregano, they put that shit on everything in the 80's .... I'm a 79, so from the time i could distinguish a taste from another it was with or without oregano, the further you are away from a spice the more it's used, just a hypotheis.
This is my process..... .meat, heat ...... sorted! Drawing with a led pecil, water over soda.....the shortest distance between work and a somewhat satisfying result!
Never ever try something new food wise...... NEWER!
Lemon, garlic ... nope... oregano obviously fuck no. Just the meat is more than enough flavour to overwhelm me.... drawing a glass of water is a process..... i can taste everything! hehehehe

Sadly i don't eat alot of meat anymore... high cholesterol got it back to normal in a month by eating nothing but veggy, but still stayed somewhat vegetarian now, i used to eat some days about 3 steaks in a day and my sandwiches also had meat in beween them, a meat diet that could have killed me :)
