The traces of his private parts? That's the zipper flap, morons. Asian boys are not that equipped. Which is why they dressed up as girls in skirts. The boys drawn grabbing the girl and lifting the skirt were going to expose them as fake girls.
The sweat licking? Well, the boys were drawn "dark" in that scene so you can guess what that means.
