We must be in a parallel universe Stanley Meyer who invented the water powered car died because he was shot entering his garage while the masons were stealing his vehicle and prototype fuel cells, i was there when it happened and i have seen the reports on the news, either the story of his death was covered up when they got rid of the conspiracy theory video's all over the web, or they returned all the stuff to the garage and replaced him with a copy who then died.
I know we have that technology, i have been advocating the release of it, but they have other plans.

Yes if you don't know certain things and you build it, they are, i have knowledge of very simple technology that can do hyperspace and time travel and split water it is a very high voltage, if i explain you, will say why did no one else come up with that, bottom line Stanley Meyer did come up with it and he is dead.
The technology is more then just splitting water in to gas, therefore it is kept secret.
