when is the next elder scrolls coming out? Its been like 7 years

Obsidian adding so much to the RPG experience in New Vegas, and then Bethesda learning nothing from that in their follow-up makes it clear they're just not what they used to be. It seems like their goal now isn't to make a great RPG, but to take once great RPGs and water them down enough to basically just be open world action games for tardbrains.
Since both Skyrim and Fallout 4 were wildly successful I don't see them going back to making games they way they used to any time soon, and Obsidian getting another crack at the Fallout property was probably the only chance it had at being exciting again.
