So a trained police officer can't get a teenage kid off him and want someone else with no training or background in this to get involved...Yeah Love to see the police union 110 pound wet guy do something in this situation. She did exactly what security should do and are trained to do( unless your a armed officer) OBSERVE AND REPORT
