From the OP on YT:
"I've played this frame by frame many times before now. The best I can come up with is that the car worked it's way to the front of the Pack somewhat aggressively. The first motorcycle goes around him and gets in front of the car and appears to slow down causing the car to hit him. The guy bounces off the bike and slides down the road. Not ran over, he's lucky to be mostly okay much less alive. The second bike speeds after the car and locks his brakes up when the car slows down very quickly causing the second bike to go down. No helmet. I assume he slams his head hard. He sat looking at me for quite some time until paramedics arrived. I don't think he was necessarily conscious but he did talk to the firemen and I heard him say his neck doesn't hurt. That was blood. From his head. Gnarly. Don't fuckin go in front of cars and slow down. Cars don't stop as quick as bikes. Your few hundred pound bike is nothing to a few thousand pound car. Ride to your ability. Don't go risking your own well being chasing someone down. Accidents happen. We all fuck up. They're both lucky to be alive. When cops and firefighters arrived they stopped back at the first bike. The highway was blocked at this point by the fire truck. I rode my bike up the shoulder of the road (wrong way) to tell them the second rider was hurt bad. The cop told me he knows and not to fuckin ride the wrong way up the street before I caused an accident. AFTER THE HIGHWAY WAS ALREADY BLOCKED. Luckily the paramedic heard this conversation with officer dick head and they moved to help this guy. The Car came back when the cops were there. I saw him with the cop on the main highway. ALLEGEDLY (meaning I did not see this but heard from someone else there) that the guy talked to the cops and freaked out and drove off. Then Nearly hit a couple other riders and smacked into a wall. The first guy claimed in a Facebook post that the driver is getting off with just a ticket for no insurance. ALLEGEDLY. Y'all be safe. Ride smart."

Yep, at first view I missed the brake lights on the car. The biker was braking for no apparent reason other than to "make a point" that they are the kings of the road.
Then a whole bunch of bikers followed the car onto the sliproad car was braking AND getting out of the way onto the shoulder. Twat biker braked hard and fell.
Car fled the scene.
I can understand this actually. You are way better off in a moving car when surrounded by angry bikers.
Also: braking hard on a bike (even a modern one without ABS) takes WAY more skills than in a car.
I would completely understand if tha car driver would not get fined for that at all.
