White people aren't moving into black areas, because black areas suck and are full of rape, murder, trash, and retards. This is the case for fully black areas that don't have any whites there. All black areas are awful all over the world. Black people are moving into white areas because white areas are much much better than black ones, even for the blacks. Everyone knows this.
