that ssd has a capacity of 825 gigs. games are getting close to 200 gigs. so right now it can hold 4 newer games, in a year, maybe 3, in 2 years maybe 2. you're going to have to swap games out to the hdd or just play them from the hdd. and loose any loading benifits from the ssd.
the hardware inside the ps5 is already old. its tech from 2019(its really just the next step from the 2018 version and nothing new) and it has neither a dedicated gpu or cpu. it runs on a stripped down version of them, but combined. as for what it can do. a computers video card requires upwards of 300 watts of power and the cpu the same or more, the ps5 is going to use 175 watts to run games. and 29 watts to play movies. if that doesnt make sense. think of a stock 4 cylinder honda accord drag racing against a stock v8 dodge challenger.

(Short Spike)
Ps5/Xbox, have PC beat in a price/performance, form factor and ease of use.
where they don't win is price per game, backwards compatibility, upgradability, and utility.

Aka casuals vs PCmaster race

Game sizes might not balloon like you say because the use of SSDs mean they no longer have to duplicate assets to speed up loading.
