i can see alot of legal pushback from states that trump accused of voter fraud. senator, governors and state officials will look at is as an attack on them. doesn't matter what political party. if theres any validity to it, it would ruin there reputation and they'll never be in politics again

We are in uncharted territory here. There is nothing about voter fraud and what to do. This is a SCOTUS case to decide. States can enact any legislation they want but it has to be constitutional and Federal law trumps state law. This will be fought in the courts. If it was not that way then the SOuth would probably still have slaves. I believe we fought a war over that, maybe you should take the time to look it up and learn about it.
