nah. russia would never point to an example. if they did, you could then point out how retarded they are. i'll explain.
in this spectacular video, that was a vog17 grenade. its designed to be fired by a belt fed grenade launcher. they don't make a chemical warfare variant. if they did. it wouldn't explode on contact and that's for the same reason tear gas and smoke grenades don't explode. explosive dispersion reduces the effectiveness of the payload. you're burning up a portion of the payload in the explosion and you're forcing another portion into the ground
