I guess if shotguns are really hard to get, then this is a good alternative.

I would think even a normal break action shotgun with birds shot would be much more effective. Good spread with lots of pellets. Drones are so fragile that it doesn't take much to bring them down.

How about you can't comment on a motherfucking clip until you vote.... we got a sickness as old fucks, only "sound" we accept is the one coming out of our mouth hole!

There is a whole discussion that could be made. The reason they are not using shotguns is that they don't work. Bird shots sure as shit don't work... whatever kinetic energy it provides is brushed off, the drone carries on. Think the Russians are concerned with stalking FPW drones that are impossible to hit.

Nothing I hate more than an insanely complex problem reduced to ....: "what I would do " obvious top-of-the-head approach! You don't think they tried?

You understand that drones fly themselves with very little input, It's not RC hobby planes.. I think there were people just turn of the switch, unlike a drone that will turn on a switch to give more power to the remaining rotors, in a nanosecond. It's a drone, not an RC!..

Why I'm saying is this because I've played around with drones quite a bit. I know how little it takes to bring one down.

Most of these are commercial grade drones, you can see that in the videos. I know that with a quad copter (drone with 4 props) all you need is to even slightly damage one of those flimsy plastic props and it will come down, or at the very least it will cause bad vibrations that it's basically un flyable. Doesn't matter if it's some fancy drone, as long as it uses plastic or carbon fiber props, they will break if you look at them wrong.

Now go on Youtube and see if you can find people dropping drones with bird shot.
