The mobilization itself is creating unanticipated economic strains because of the bonkers and seemingly totally arbitrary way in which they went about calling people up. People who ran critical business, factory workers, an odd pensioner or two, etc. Couple that with the brain drain of up to 700K mostly educated people pouring out of the borders and yea, you get the picture, their economy is fooked for good long while.
