One needs to decide cause and when the situation escalated:

  1. The guy rode selfishly on the bus lane, this was the cause, i.e. nothing would have happened if scooter boy would have used the appropriate lane
  2. The bus overtook him with little distance, the first unreasonable and potentially response by the bus driver
  3. The guy decided to punch the bus driver, the second and even more unreasonable response by the scooter driver
  4. Scooter boy hit by car, unreasonably mild albeit extremely funny karma rectification

I have no sympathy for any adult who somehow thinks that a scooter is an appropriate mode of transport.
