Two weeks ago invoking the return of "government cheese" was a dark joke about how bad things are getting. Now it looks like a lot of people are more like "Are they going to give us government cheese again or do I have to keep stealing it from the store?"
When you tear out the foundations the building falls fast. That is the intent - explicit.
