Totally different style of western. Just finished watching it and I loved it.
The trailer makes it out to be a comedy buddy western, but it's pretty much the opposite.

Jake Gyllenhall & Joaquin Pheonix in a Western sounds cool. I'm on a prison/war movie thing at the moment & a dark western fits right into the theme.

Huge fan of both these guys. Saw a thread the other day where they were suggesting that Gyllenhaal would make an excellent Joker following Heath Ledger (...keeping it Brokeback, I guess). I myself am cautiously optimistic about Phoenix's upcoming portrayal.
