Nice sweet talking to yourself.
Ukraine was part of the Russian federation, same as russia and other states, this still makes (at least the father) Ukrainian. It is like saying I am european, which is correct as such but I am also German and Hessian. Once the great Hessian Empire will be formed and we take over the world you all will be Hessians too! ANT YOU VILL LOFF IT OR ELSE!

Wrong. Ukraine had never existed until it was established as an SSR within the Soviet Union 1922, ignoring a few months of strife during the civil war in 1919. You can't be something or from somewhere that didn't exist. Not by ancestry or any other way.
And I don't even know what "Russian federation" you're referring to. There was the Russian Empire which was overthrown when the Soviet Union was established during the civil war there from 1917-1923.

The first ppl settled along the coast everywhere on earth, then because of over population they move land inward you can still see that on population maps all around the world.
Almost all ppl live along the coast.
Hence Ukraine was first, they came from then over populated Ukraine and settled in what is now Russia

He was born in the US to Russian immigrant parents.
It's impossible for him to have been something that didn't exist, whether thru ancestry or otherwise.

His parents were from the Russian Empire.
