This is sad and it happened a little over an hour from where I live.
Fox got the location wrong. The stabbings happened on a native reserve in northern Saskatchewan, not in Regina which is the province's capital and over 3 hours away. Saskatoon is much closer and a bigger city if they wanted to report where it was close to. That's like if a stabbing happened outside NewYork but the news reported it happening in Washington....

Commiserations. Nobody likes news like this. Any info yet on whether the victims knew their attackers? Having them (15 people) spread across 13 communities is odd in and of itself.

The police have said many victims knew the suspects but some appear to be random.
They also said they are trying to determine how the two suspects know each other.
And this morning police said the one suspect violated parole for federal crimes and has been at large since may.
