Flooring it, able to avoid the first scooter, then swerving from lane to lane, then crashes into a car, or what ever the fuck that is.

Maybe the throttle got stuck or it was complete operator error. In any case slamming on the anchors should stop any car even withthe throttle stuck.

Wouldn't be the first time someone has their mind set on that the gas pedal is the brake.
In the panick they just can't think to push the other pedal.
As far as I know Teslas still have regular brakes.
