Every single one of the sponsors of this bill are Republicans. I'm sure we can dig up some shit on Dems as well, but in this particular case these are Republicans fucking over their own constituents for just a little bit of pocket money:
Actually, you know, I was a bit confused by this clip. The amounts she was stating were so small it sounded like just the standard "donate to everyone" approach large companies engage in as a matter of course. You'd probably find that those companies also donated small amounts to Democrat politicians as well, but I'm too lazy to dig into it and check. In any case, let the lady say her thing and then she's gone and you can frack gas in her backyard anyway so I don't see why they have to physically man-handle her.
