This is borderline animal cruelty. Touching trhe dog like this does not help them overcome the problem (neither does "dominating" them into giving up their food), it just increases the level of stress the dog already has.
According to the yt description, the owners find this funny. It is not, at least for the dog.

The dog must understand who the fuck the boss is . His growling is a show of dominance over the food,
This dog's behaviour would be dangerous around small children, and if he does not get that his behaviour is unnaceptable sooner or later he will bite someone.
Although the owner is petting the dog in what you daftcunt call borderline animal cruelty which seems idiotic to say i would much prefer that the owner hand feed him so that he associates food and confort with the owner and other humans.
Also his growling is more of an act he is playng because he wants to impose his dominance and not because he is really angry or stressed.
