Ukraine is employing a tactic here. They will cede territory to draw the russians closer to their now superior, NATO spec, artillery and gradually chew them up. Meanwhile (apparently) they will continue to hit the russian supply lines with air strikes and acts of sabotage. Seriously, you should learn some basic analytical skills.

they have NATO spec gear already & they're losing ground. Russia's supply lines haven't been dented by their shrinking airforce or the Javelines/NLAW wonder weapons, many of which have been captured & are being fired back at them.
