sure but the excuse will be they have 10,000 tanks and all kinds of aircraft but they're busy on the front, since we're in a fight against the entirety of NATO for the very survival of russia, and people will believe it because they always trust the government since the improvement in the lives in the last decade can't just be a coicidence can it? or because they want to feel themselves superior, or whatever other justification they can come up with.

This sharade shows how vulnerable russia really is, put it together with "wagner" begging for ammunition and not getting any russia's only hope can be that one of their nukes is actually working (unlikely) and send it to kyev to "win" this war.
