Contrarie to what he said you don't have to disable your firewall or antivirus if you use Windows Defender, it just works,
First startup you need to be patient for a minute or so.
There is also a file you need to put in the root of your C drive regardless of whatever drive you have the folder on, don't forget that.
And the games are not installed you can move the folder anywhere you want and start it with the EXE

I just bought a Simpsons Arcade 1Up cabinet and just started modding it...this is DEF gonna have to be one of my upgrades in the very near future. Thanks for posting this.

Also look on youtube for other coinops next 2 builds, they can be merged in one big arcade build, but then you have to mess with setting buttons, i would make seperate setups for each build, for this one i would buy an old big flatscreen TV hooked up to a cheap ryzen PC, an old 2.1 sound system costs only a few bucks

saw the remake, looks nice! Although im familiar with basic emulation/roms, I am 'severly new' to this Arcading stuff...only bought the Arcade 1Up because it was $199 and i knew i could throw some old systems on it..Now i find myself comin across all these chinese 'GameBoxes' that i can plug directly in, or how i can mod a mini pc and put Emuelec or Botocera, or how i can mod the joycontroller or replace it alltogether in one fell swoop...now i learned that i can add a lightgun!! (so i would most likely need a mini pc to run those kinda games i would think) ...So far, ive only got it soft-modded to play the original games it comes with Plus the TMNT arcade games, but i put retroarch on it and am still tryin to figure all that out

Fiddling with it is half the fun, most arcade entousiasts spend more time tweaking their cabs, then acctualy playing :) i don't know if that is true but it is all fun making it perfect.

it would appear that you are correct in that regard...most vids ive seen are ppl with entire mini arcades just because they can or just modding 1 cab to the point of Super-saiyan. Im Pretty LOW budget...so its one piece at a time, but honestly, the Fiddling with it has just been the worst part so far...i can proudly say that i can play NES games with only a minor hiccup of it constantly changing shaders everytime i hit the 'A' button, got some PS1 pc/usb controllers due to arrive tomorrow, but after that i cant say for sure...definitely want the light guns!...but i gotta pave the way first i guess

yeah i get that, it all costs alot of money, storage alone i spent hundreds,
i got 9TB worth of games maybe more
this torrent with the addon packs 235 GB for the zipped files, 289 GB when unzipped
so you need over 500 GB of free working space because everyone expects you to seed the torrent,
that is alot for just a lightgun torrent.
