Warp drive possible?

Okay, so most stars have planets orbiting around them like ours, and a larger percentage than we could have ever imagined are in the goldilocks zone.

"Star Trek is horseshit because it presents a galaxy with life common throughout the universe, including intelligent life featuring bipedal humanoids. Obvious bias since we are bipedal humanoid lifeforms."

Okay, so the study of exo-biology has shown us that, if there is intelligent life out there, it would be bipedal and humanoid. At least that would be its most common form.

"Star Trek is horseshit because even if there is bipedal intelligent life it's impossible to travel faster than the speed of light so there's no way we could ever interact with said life to confirm its existence."

Okay, so it is possible to travel faster than the speed of light but....but....but....hey, look over there! Yoink!
