For context (unless the laws have changed, I haven't lived there in over 30 years): In Germany they make a distinction between "sharing an opinion" and "threatening or instigating to harm", the former is not prosecuted, the latter is. A simple "racist cartoon" will not trigger a raid. Exception here is ANYTHING regarding denying the holocaust or displaying "Nazi salutes" and even trading Nazi memorabilia.
Recently, however, there have been attempts to prosecute "defamation" of politicians (calling them incompetent), which is a development I find quite concerning.
So in my opinion the laws are different and in some cases more restrictive (with regards to "free speech").
Anyway, this doesn't by default invalidate everything this guy says in the other video I posted, still waiting on a reply what you disagree with or what he says is wrong..... But as always, you can only swear at people.
